Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Licensure preferred
5-10 years of experience
Strong Revit Skills
Demonstrate technical and creative problem solving
Highly motivated self-starter
Responsibilities:
Serve as client’s primary point of contact
Responsible for scope, schedule and budget on projects
Leads project team for a variety of projects on a variety of scales
Coordinate and oversee project teams including multiple consultants
Producing deliverables at all phases of the project
Quality control and document review, including consultant coordination
Construction Administration
Possible participation in interviews for future project work
Networking and building relationships with clients
Project Architect
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
