Project Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

  • Licensure preferred

  • 5-10 years of experience

  • Strong Revit Skills

  • Demonstrate technical and creative problem solving

  • Highly motivated self-starter

 Responsibilities:

  • Serve as client’s primary point of contact

  • Responsible for scope, schedule and budget on projects

  • Leads project team for a variety of projects on a variety of scales

  • Coordinate and oversee project teams including multiple consultants

  • Producing deliverables at all phases of the project

  • Quality control and document review, including consultant coordination

  • Construction Administration

  • Possible participation in interviews for future project work

  • Networking and building relationships with clients

Project Architect

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

  • Licensure preferred

  • 5-10 years of experience
