Our Principals are hands-on and are actively engaged in our projects from inception through completion. We believe in an interactive and collaborative design process where all team members, under the guidance of Principal leadership, provide perspectives from which to draw and position our creative problem solving.

Our practice has evolved alongside discussions surrounding innovations in technology. Our Principals continue to focus on how new softwares, systems and data can be used to inform design solutions that are enabled by their decades of knowledge.

RDLR believes successful projects occur when architects are less concerned about man-hours or awards, and more concerned about solving client needs. Our goal is to become trusted advisor to our clients by maintaining continuity in our project team and a single point of contact.
