PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in southeast Houston, the Cullen Mixed-Use Campus aims to activate an existing and almost hidden industrial area. The development is composed of a 9,425 SF retail anchor building with six 11,610 SF warehouses. The mixed-use campus provides architectural strategies to meet the ever-changing and evolving needs by offering adaptable spaces that allow tenants to be as distinctive as they like. The architecture consists of rectangular warehouses that filter their privacy of access based on program through the location of the entries. The rectangular retail building is situated at the intersection of the adjacent roads to promote both vehicular and pedestrian visibility. The development was challenged with bringing distinct architectural appeal to a value-driven construction typology. The project is set to break ground in Q3 2025.
