PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The new Satellite Transportation Center is located in the City of Fulshear, one of the fastest growing areas in southeast Texas. This expansion has included new schools, administrative offices, and support facilities such as the new Satellite Transportation Center. The new pre-engineered metal building includes approximately 32,720 sf of administrative office space, IT data center, and service area, with 4 mechanic bays, a tire bay, a wash bay, an oil/pit bay, fueling island, and associated storage areas.

The Center is designed to allow expansion of 4 more service bays in the future. Site improvements associated with the project include pavement and covered parking for 100 school buses and 120 private vehicles, on-site detention, a private water production and distribution system, and an on-site sewage facility.
