PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Lone Star College (LSC) purchased a 25-year-old corporate campus (Compaq Computer Corp. and Hewlett Packard) in fall of 2009 to serve as the LSC University Park (LSC-UP) Campus. Through on-call contracts, RDLR is helping the new campus steadily transform from business to educational use while updating inefficient building systems as budgets allow.

Since January 2015, RDLR has provide On-Call A/E design services for undefined projects and studies LSC. To date, the firm has completed nearly 30 separate assignments for various LSC Project Managers through the Bond Office and the Facilities Office. LSC recently extended RDLR’s contract.

Project services include bond, leasing, and facilities project types involving interior planning, renovation, and feasibility studies. The scope of work is varied and includes programming, initial space plan design, design development including plans, finishes and concept elevations, construction documents, permitting and construction administration services.
