PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Situated along Will Clayton Parkway near US59, the Will Clayton development utilized modest footprints to deliver single-tenant buildings on a 3.8-acre campus. The tiltwall construction costs were economized across the entire development, allowing for a class-A facility in a compact frame. Subtle use of texture and layering inherent in concrete tiltwall construction elevated this elegant box above its more typical gauche counterparts. The 25’ building heights and end bay at-grade loading docks increased usability and enhanced curb appeal.
