Lilac Field: A Vibrant Culinary and Entertainment Destination in League City
RDLR Architects is collaborating with Alexander Grene Development on Lilac Field, a dynamic 24.5-acre mixed-use development in League City, Texas. Designed as a vibrant culinary and entertainment hub, the project is set to break ground in March 2025.
The development will include 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 220,000 square feet of flexible warehouse space that seamlessly combines storage and office layouts, allowing businesses to customize their spaces to meet unique operational needs.
The first phase, expected to deliver by the end of the year, will feature 20,000 square feet of retail buildings and 30,000 square feet of warehouse space, with remaining buildings constructed as build-to-suit based on tenant demand. The full project is anticipated to be completed within three to five years, offering a mix of entertainment concepts, restaurants, wine bars, and boutique retail spaces.
Retail buildings will face League City Parkway and Isla Vista Drive, ensuring high visibility and accessibility, while warehouses will be set back to accommodate tenants like boutique gyms, pickleball courts, and other entertainment-focused businesses that don't require road frontage.
Lilac Field aims to become a go-to destination, blending culinary, retail, and recreational experiences to serve the growing League City community.
