Silvana brings over 20 years of architectural expertise, marked by a deep commitment to design excellence and sustainability. With a strong foundation in research and collaboration, Silvana is continually exploring new technologies and innovative solutions that push the boundaries of architectural practice. Beyond her technical expertise, Silvana is a dynamic force in the Houston AEC community. Her collaborative spirit fosters innovation, amplifying the impact of every project she touches. As a passionate advocate for creating meaningful and sustainable spaces, Silvana is set to make an immediate and lasting impact in her new leadership role at RDLR.

Silvana’s diverse portfolio spans sectors such as municipal, non-profit, retail, hospitality, community, and recreational projects, serving both public and private clients. Her active engagement in the architectural community includes roles as an Awards Committee Member for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a COTE Committee Member for the American Institute of Architects Houston, and a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP). Additionally, Silvana regularly volunteers in support of the local community through the local AIA chapter, and multiple local non-profits.
